This gluten free pizza recipe is easy to make and has all the right ingredients.
You just need to make the dough, mix it, bake it, and enjoy.
This recipe is gluten free.
Ingredients 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup gridded white cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped red pepper 1 tablespoon dried oregano, divided 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery, sliced 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped 1 1/3 cups water, divided 4 ounces firm white breadcrumbs 1 1 1,000 calorie cornmeal (1/2 pound), plus more for sprinkling on top Directions Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add the parsley and cheese.
Saute until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add in the Parmesan, red pepper, and oreganon.
Add more salt and pepper if needed.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Add water to thin it out.
Mix in the cheddar, fresh spinach and breadcrumb mixture.
Mix until combined.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan over medium-high heat.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add cheese mixture to the bottom of the pan and cook until melted, about 10 minutes.
Serve with fresh spinach slices.
Recipe Notes This recipe requires an electric mixer.
You can make the pizza dough by hand or using a stand mixer.
To make the corn gluten- Free pizza dough, add all the ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until all the flour is blended.
Add flour mixture to a bowl.
Stir in the cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
You’ll get a smooth dough.
If you don’t have an electric food processor, just use a hand mixer.
This glutenfree pizza is gluten- and wheat-free.
